I spoke with Brian at National Storage and was impressed with how helpful he was. Brian explained the storage options available to me and was able to hold a large unit for me. When I visited National Storage in person, Brian was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to try and accommodate my storage needs. While I ended up needing a much larger unit, I would still highly recommend speaking with Brian at National Storage as your first go to when researching storage facilities.

Friendly staff and decent accommodations. The price after the promotion period (my first month was free) is more than double what I pay now at a nearby competitor. At the competitor, I'm saving more than half, have the same size unit and it has drive up access (I had interior access at this location). The price and my lack of my interest checking other storage units in the area are to blame for the missing star.

The manager (Brian) is awesome and so nice (and patient!). I have never used a storage service before and was very wary of hidden costs. He outlined everything for me and was very transparent about pricing (very affordable!). When I arrived at the facility, he also showed me to the unit and gave me tips about accessing the facility. We needed a storage unit for a couple of months between moves, leading us to National Storage on Plymouth. I can't speak highly enough of our experience here. Both Brian and Caitlin were fantastic! They were quick to respond, always friendly and very professional, and thorough in every interaction we had with them. The facility and our unit, in particular, also exceeded our expectations. It was well lit and very clean. I would definitely rent here again and recommend both the facility and the management team to others without hesitation.

Recently I rented a U-haul here and decided to use the storage services also. I signed up for a storage unit that has climate regulation. I was also able to choose the first floor so I can get to the unit easily. I ended up buying a lock for the storage unit and I am impressed with the secuirty so far. Everything seems clean and safe. Staff was friendly.

The manager is very friendly and helpful. Storage unit was dry and clean, and the place seems very secure

This is a good storage center that I utilize for my time in the states. My storage locker is a good size and a good price and I like being on Floor 2 for security and weather reasons. Office employees are very nice. One time I had problem with my lock not working and the employee helped me with a smile. I recently had to go up a size in my locker. This was easy to do and I had plenty of time to move my stuff to the bigger locker. The reason I have a locker here was the location near my apartment but i have stayed because of the security and the locker I have.

I have stored my stuff here for the past two summers, and I am endlessly impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff, as well as the cleanliness and quality of the units. In addition, this company helped my brother and I immensely during the beginning of the pandemic. During a highly uncertain and difficult time, we had to leave Michigan on short notice. We were able to rent a storage locker here, and have it fully packed, within 48 hours. I cannot emphasize enough how helpful and accommodating the staff was for us during this difficult time. I would highly recommend this company for anyone in Ann Arbor, especially those who live on North Campus, as it is an incredible storage company and very convenient to access from North Campus.

I stopped in this location just to get prices and I was so very impressed by the kindness and professionalism of Caitlin. She was full of knowledge and was so friendly.. Even though she probably had a million other things going on she took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. A friend of mine told me about this place. I was looking for a parking space to park my car for two months while I was renovating my garage. Parking spots around Ann Arbor are not cheap. I ended up renting over here because the price was good, but also because it is like having a private garage for my car with security. (For a higher price I could store downtown in an open parking space with no security!) My renovation took longer than expected and I stored a few extra months - since the lease automatically renews, I just kept paying until I was done with the unit. I will be back when I need more space again.
