I have to say this has been a great experience! I've ran into issues that I caused and they were wonderful! The manager Diana was phenomenal she was kind helpful and gave helpful advice. She took her time with me and made sure I understood next steps and best practices. Very good company with great workers

excellent service, easy access, online service was faster than fast! really clean facility. My only complaint was the price seemed high to me since I rented a 10 x 5 space at $65 ish a month and now that I have closed it out and checked on a smaller unit (5 x 5), the price is the same for half the space. I am aware of demand and supply, however, a discount to retain or extend a customer relationship (even $20 less per month might have enticed me to stay) might be a good idea.

Exceptional service from Diana. She was very informative, professional and truly cared. She assisted me in every way she could. You don't get customer service like that nowadays, we are very appreciative.

Excellent assistance from both managers during the time my belongs were in storage prior to a cross country move. Flexible with move out.

Amanda got me all set up with a unit today under some stressful circumstances but made the process super easy and quick!

Great place to store your extra stuff I had a unit with them for over a year and Everything stayed in good condition due to their climate controlled units

Renting the space was easy and 24/7 access to a climate controlled facility was wonderful. Ownership changed soon after I began my lease but that went smoothly. However, I was overcharged for several months at one point (by only 50¢ per month) and the staff was nowhere to be found when it came time for me to end my agreement. I am still not sure if my notice to terminate or my keys and lock were received properly as I have gotten no acknowledgment of either. Minor overcharging aside, it was a great experience until the last couple of weeks.

You can get 2 months free storage if you order your room online. Easy access, clean building.

The manager was nice and helped me get a space right away!

The staff are friendly and made the process super easy!!

The cleanest storage center I have ever been in! The manager always answers our calls and is very helpful. Everyone should rent here.

This is a great, clean, safe place to store your belongings. The facility staff are always willing to work with whatever. There was a moment when my transaction didn't go through because I had entered my information incorrectly. They did not charge me a late fee and allowed me to try payment again. I had also inquired if I could remove my belongs 6 days into the next month. I wasn't sure how much they were going to charge me for this as I didn't need to pay for the full month. They were very understanding and allowed me to keep my stuff in the unit for the days I needed free of charge. They are great to work with. If I had any caution tales about this, it would be that their prices change often. I had purchased my unit at $76, and now I pay $94 for the same space. However, I would completely recommend storing your belongings here. It is safe and they take care of their costumers.

Great storage units! Got in an out quickly and was very satisfied with the service! Next time I need to store something, I will be coming back.

The units are all different sizes, the building is always clean, and the customer service is on another level. If we need storage again we will DEFINITELY come back.
