This wonderful company deserves 10 stars! Let’s face it, moving can be traumatic. Fortunately, Harbor Park Self Storage made it much easier. Joe the manager was amazing. He was kind, patient, friendly and helpful. As with any move, there were glitches and it didn't help that I had moved 300 miles away. Joe helped resolve every issue. Even when my movers dropped the ball, Joe came to the rescue. If you are in Northern Michigan and need a storage facility, give Joe and Harbor Park Self Storage a call. You won't be disappointed.

From the first time we met Joe, it has been all positive! Joe has a great personality and showed us the highest level of customer service we have experienced in quite some time. At the time of our first visit, a unit to fit our vehicle was not available. Joe took our name and number and promised to call once a unit opened up. Two months later, Joe called and we immediately secured a unit that would fit our needs. We would definitely not only recommend Harbor Park Self Storage, but more importantly recommend you deal with Joe exclusively.

Since I have not yet seen the storage unit, I just rented this review is really focused on my interaction with the property manager. Joe was thorough with his explanations and was incredibly helpful. I don’t know that I would have rented this unit if I could not have spoken to somebody who is on the property locally and extremely familiar with it. Because of my phone conversation, I feel much more comfortable with renting a storage unit at this facility.

He was professional and very helpful. When I first visited the site, Mary was also very professional and friendly. She took the time to show me around and answer any questions I had. I was impressed with the security in place and the overall look of the grounds and units. I feel confident that my things placed in storage are in good hands!

I just want to say, Joe Sudac, the Manager, at Harbor Park Self Storage, is a wonderful, helpful and kind man!! We moved from Colorado to Michigan, and we were lucky enough to find this place. We were looking for a house and needed a storage facility for our movers to put our household goods until we find said house. We called, it seemed like everywhere in Michigan, to find the correct size storage units we needed. Joe had them, and even held us a smaller unit in case the large ones we needed, weren’t enough. He helped us along as we traveled to Michigan and let the big moving company into the storage complex until we got there. We were late, and got lost. He stayed on the phone with us until we found Harbor Park! We needed four storage units!! Wow!! When we got there, he was waiting with his golf cart and took us to meet our movers, and showed us every unit. He went above and beyond to help us!! We appreciate him so much and thank him so much for everything!!! We just saw him again this past weekend, ever ready to assist us! Thanks, Joe for all you do!! As an aside, Harbor Park Storage is well maintained and safe.
