Best prices in the area and the best reviews! Megan helped me over the phone to secure my unit, she was very friendly and professional and answered all my questions, the process took about 15 minutes to complete. When I arrived to the unit getting inside was super easy and the facility it was very clean and had ample space. Will recommend to anybody looking for a storage space. Thank you!

** Update ** I maintain the kiosk is hard to use and it is hard to get a hold them when they are closed on the weekend. Call during the week and you should reach them. They did own up to my issue, when I got a hold of them on Monday. Very happy with the end result. Changing to a 4 Star. I signed up right before they went to an unattended format. Everything worked out fine until I called and asked what I should do when I was ready to move out. The guy on the phone was nice and responsive enough, and I am paid up until SEPT 17, and he said just call when it is empty. I went to finish up yesterday, 8-28, and they have a red lock on my unit. Thankfully they resolved this on Monday for me.

National Storage is customer friendly their system is well thought out and I have consistently experienced positive exchanges with all call center reps. Today's super star was Megan she listened and took great care of me. I felt heard and was treated professionally and Megan had a solution that fixed everything. I traveled 10 miles west to store my items here, and let me tell you, it was worth it. I've heard so many horror stories about critters and neighbors and everything that could go wrong with storage. I experienced none of that. Even when I was late with my payments, I never felt the threat of loosing what was precious enough for me to store. I enjoyed every interaction with staff. I think her name is Jessica...and everytime we spoke she treated me with the utmost respect and care. I appreciate that..sometimes when we need to use resources like storage space, our lives are in major disarray...so having someone patient and kind while you are trying to get things ( literally ) in order is so helpful! Thank you so much!
