So I decided to just take a ride over to National Storage and see if someone could help me. Kyleen very quickly and efficiently figured out my situation and was able to book me the most efficient and ECONOMICAL way for me to accomplish my goals for renting the truck. I rented a Uhaul 26' truck and a Penske 26' truck, one way to Michigan. My rental return to Uhaul was not very positive but my return to Penske (at National Storage in Royal Oak) was non-stressful, positive, and heart-warming. After a long hard move across the country, Kim Andrews was a breath of fresh air... an absolute delight to work with. She was helpful, positive and kind. The return was seamless and she was very warm and personable, welcoming me and my family into the community. I highly recommend any offering at this location as long as Kim is there managing it.

I selected this storage facility because they offered the best selection of sizes at competitive prices. In addition to this, I received incredible customer service. Kim, the manager went above and beyond to facilitate my move-in under very short notice. She came to work early and cleared the parking for my very large van. Moving is inherently stressful but she made it so easy. So glad I selected them for storage.

The facility is very secure and clean. Check-in was very quick and easy. Rhonda and Sarah were both great to work with.
