Francis was the employee that I met with when inquiring about a unit she explained everything to me and let me know the correct unit size I would need. The day that I picked up my keys she went over all the paperwork with me. Showed me my unit and let me know how to get in and out of the gate. How to load my items and how to use my keys and lock. I would definitely recommend this location if you need a storage center. The employees are friendly and they have a good security system.

While other “big chain” storage centers were making it difficult for me to rent a storage unit, National came thru. I would like to give special thanks to Francis the site manager and Desiree the sales clerk. Everyone in this facility were extremely friendly and helpful and their prices were fair. They were prompt, so professional, polite, very helpful and knowledgeable. They were sure to explain everything beforehand. I got to my storage unit only to see that my lock was gone and it had a gold lock. I pay my bill every month so i didn't understand. I went to the office and I was fuming on the inside. But once Angel greeted me so kind and gave the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I couldn't be angry. She apologized for the mix-up and gave me a new lock because someone had taken the NEW LOCK i had purchased.. Thank God for Angel. She was a a true Angel because I was ready to CUSS EVERYONE OUT. BUT her CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. I will continue to use this company because of her. She saved the day

She made me feel accomplished and lifted a lot of the weight off my chest, just with the knowledge she had to share. I could've had a more calming experience at such a trying time, but getting the details finalized for my storage, truck rental, a great value and packing supplies at one location, was a dream come true. Kari, Jack and Shanna were great. I love this location, always great service. *Update 12-27-19. Although I was appreciative of the assistance I received from the staff, I was quite disappointed that an advertisement I saw stated the facility had an electric plug in the unit so I put down my deposit and then learned that is not the case. I was under the impression the district manager would refund my deposit, since I had never even moved anything into the unit because I realized it wasn’t going to accomplish what I needed the unit for. I explained this to Kari who then explained to the district manager but he decided to not refund my deposit. So I still adore the staff there but management is full of it and denied even meeting me half way on my refund, so no, I will never use this company again and I will tell my friends and business associates to not use this company as well. Great staff not so great management. ??????
