Megan was super helpful getting me set up and moved in with a unit!! The whole team was great to work with, from putting me on a reservation to hold my unit, all the way up to helping me after hours when I couldn’t figure out how to close the door (lol). Very professional in every phone call I’ve had with them and prompt when following up. The unit itself was clean and spacious, with much higher ceilings than expected from a storage unit. Move out process was simple and easy as well, would definitely go back if needed again in the future! Great experience through and through!

Megan is super helpful and adds a personal touch to the business. As a deployed service member, managing my storage unit from overseas is easy through National Storage.

Jack and Josh were extremely helpful as I navigated helping a client that found himself in need of storage of his belongings in a rush. Great customer service!

Office on site as many in TC you have to call. Fast service. Clean units as well. Friendly man Named Josh at the office. Good place and recommend.

Great location, clean units, lights in units, security gate, easy open units. I think it’s a bit pricey for the gate and keypad not working the majority of the time. I will also say that in the years that I had this unit, my price increased twice a year. Insurance is also required, you can get a discount if you have insurance elsewhere.
