Easy to rent online and use. Good service getting in and out. Would use again. Good location between Traverse City and Interlochen.

Reserved online. Showed up the next day. They were closed for lunch but returned exactly when they said. The customer service was excellent. Storage units are new and clean. Cameras at all angles and gated at night to keep your storage secure. They do close at night so there is not 24 hr access which is fine with me. I'm thankful to know my belongings are safe. This business is clean, efficiently run, accessible yet secure, and economical when compared to other storage facilities in our area. Definitely recommend it!

Units here are very clean and have a brand-new, vibe. It was easy to get a unit and I feel like my stuff is safe because they have the place is fenced in.

This storage facility is very clean and well maintained, however, the rates are outrageous. When I first started to rent from them 4 years ago, I paid $55 a month. If I had stayed with them, they wanted $208 a month! They also required you to pay for their renters insurance. So, while I liked their facility, I simply could no longer afford them.

Gate was so quiet, I didn't even realize it opened.

Great customer service ? The only thing that would great to have are dumpsters for the renters customers pay enough to be able to have access to a dumpster.

Incredibly convenient, easy, friendly and fast! I reserved my storage unit size online the day before as I was at work. The next day I went in and Alex welcomed me to their services. He explained that they were offering 1/2 off first months rent. Which was fantastic!! Alex offered me insurance on my unit which gives me peace of mind. After a couple signatures I was shown to my unit. I appreciated the service very much and the price was GREAT!! I HIGHLY recommend National Storage of Traverse - Silver Lake!!

i was recommended national storage center by relatives and i am pleased with my decision to store here. It was easy for us to check in and the storage barn is bigger than we expected. They do a good job of clearing the snow but it can get icy so wear the right stuff for the conditions. The manager gave us a card to leave a review so here you go Ian. The storage compound is secure and i think it is probably one of the nicer ones in the area

There are a couple things they need during move in but once they had them everything went smoothly. I never had to call them once because my info was all in their system and I was on automatic payment. The email you a lot of stuff so make sure to check your email. The move-in took probably 10 minutes and I was ready to go. The lockers were clean. We stored there for a few months and never had any problems. We will definitely use their services again. The Pro's: 24 hour onsite caretaker, a gate that requires an entry code, many security cameras, the grounds are clean and feel private, the managers are competent. The Con's: The rent is a bit pricey, some of the other people with storage spaces are rude. No dogs are allowed inside the gate. I still give five stars because this storage place is better than most in the area.

I was recommended National Storage Center by my dad. He said he had a great experience storing here. My partner and I are impressed by how clean the storage shed was when we opened it. Move-in was really fast even though they do require a bit of paperwork. The manager (I believe his name is Alex?) gave us tips on campgrounds and things to do around Traverse City because we are new to the area. We are quite pleased with this storage place and would recommend them to friends or family.

As someone who has had bad experience with storage facilities in the past I was very happy with National Storage Center. The complex is clean, they have a gate with key pad entry and security cameras everywhere. I saw one of the managers picking up trash several times while I was there. The facility is generally well lit when it gets darker and I was told that they have a caretaker on site 24 hours a day. They are more expensive than surrounding places but they are far more secure. I am very happy with my decision to store my belongings here and it has made my move to the area a lot less difficult than I expected. I will likely use them again if I need to and have already recommended them to my daughter.

The storage unit is very clean and the facility looks to be very secure with all the cameras they have. The units are very clean and secure and easily accessible. Also the location feels private and the rates are great. I would definitely recommend them, especially since I am a return renter.
