I rented a unit online without seeing the facility or knowing what I was getting into. After completing information online, the owner Sarah contacted me as I was calling them to verify some things and was very polite , explaining everything to me about how to enter the building and where my storage was located. Upon arrival, I was surprised at how the facility was set up. We drove into the secured facility and unload inside. There were carts available to use and the unit and facility was clean. The price is very reasonable as well. The only downside to me is the storage facility is not 24hrs and does close at 8pm but that's something I can work around.“

What a great way to start good Friday needed to get a storage unit for my upcoming move and national storage was such a help. Quick fast and easy. Made a reservation online came into building was able to see unit before renting. Very professional service and friendly one of the best experiences that I have had in a long time.
