There was a slight mix up on the space I had reserved but it was resolved quickly efficiently and professionally I would like to thank the young man who took care of me today and the representative on the phone he was so kind and polite but down to earth I felt well taken care of like a 5***** resort he told me his name twice and for the life of me I can't remember it I'm embarrassed 😳 old age lol 😂“

I had such a great experience with the every step of the process. Needed a unit to store some things as we are downsizing and needed to get a unit Met the manager Dennis and he was very personable and took us through the process Ends up we filled up the unit and had a few more things so instead of just dealing with them and shuffling them around the experience we had with the manager Dennis came to mind and went back today and he got us all set with an additional room. Dennis is a real asset to your company sob just felt the need to let you know !
